Legal Agreement & Acknowledgment

By using Arda Anarchy, you confirm that:

• You are authorized to use the credit/debit card, PayPal account, or other payment method used for transactions.
• You understand that all ranks, items, and perks are digital goods, with no real-world monetary value.
• You agree to not charge back, dispute, or reverse any payments under any circumstance.
• You have read, understood, and agreed to all terms outlined on this page.

Purchases, Delivery & Refund Policy

Digital goods (such as ranks, perks, or in-game items) are typically delivered within 10 minutes of purchase.

If items are not received within 24 hours, please open a support ticket via Discord or our Support Page.

Eligible Refunds

• Duplicate purchases
• Technical errors in delivery
• Accidental purchases reported within 24 hours

Non-refundable Situations

• Player bans or punishment
• Buyer’s remorse
• Loss of items in-game (e.g. death, PvP, bugs)
• Situations where terms were violated

To request a refund, you must contact us within 24 hours of the transaction. Refunds are evaluated case-by-case.

Chargebacks & Disputes

• Initiating a chargeback or dispute will result in an immediate, permanent ban from Arda Anarchy and all related services.
• We reserve the right to pursue legal or collection action to recover lost funds or damages caused by a chargeback.
• We log detailed purchase records and delivery data to present as evidence in the event of any payment dispute.

Changes to Perks, Pricing & Features

Arda reserves the right to adjust item contents, ranks, perks, or prices at any time, with or without notice. These changes support game balance, technical improvements, or server development. No compensation will be provided for changes in digital goods unless otherwise stated.

Rules, Bans & Player Conduct

All players must follow Arda's publicly posted rules (in Discord, on the website, or in-game). We reserve the right to ban, mute, restrict, or remove access to any player at our discretion for reasons including (but not limited to):

• Cheating or exploiting
• Harassment or toxicity
• Attempted chargebacks or fraud
• Abuse of game systems or staff

Players who are banned or restricted forfeit access to purchased items and perks with no refund. All disciplinary actions are logged and reviewed to ensure fairness.

Legal Disclaimer & Liability

Arda Anarchy is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no guarantees regarding uptime, feature availability, or continuity of services. We are not liable for:

• In-game item loss (due to bugs, PvP, rollbacks, griefing, etc.)
• Account security (e.g. stolen or shared accounts)
• Changes to gameplay, mechanics, or available features

By using our service, you waive your right to bring legal action against Arda Anarchy staff, developers, or partners for any reason relating to gameplay, purchases, or moderation decisions.

Term Duration & Acceptance

These Terms are effective immediately upon acceptance and remain in force indefinitely, even after you stop playing, are banned, or leave the server. You accept these Terms by any of the following actions:

• Joining the Arda Anarchy Minecraft server
• Making a purchase from the Arda store
• Accessing any Arda-related service (e.g., Discord, website, events)
• Clicking “I Agree” during any in-game, web, or Discord prompt that references these Terms

If you do not agree, you must not use any Arda Anarchy service.
